Canotek Power, EAP’s branch dedicated to Zimbabwe, is currently developing 300MW of solar projects in Zimbabwe. The 300MW will be divided into 8 different sites (total of 200MW) and potentially a floating solar project (100MW). The solar power plants on the 8 different sites are part of a multi-purpose project aiming at developing 25MW solar power plants, community centers, and farming activities for each site.

The first phase of 25MW is expected to be operational in August 2021.
